Dr. Paul Horiuchi

Paul Horiuchi, D.D.S., has been in practice for over 33 years. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1965 and then earned his dental degree in 1969 from Northwestern University. Dr. Horiuchi began his practice in 1979 following duty in the United States Navy. At this time, he teamed with Dr. D'Amico, and they have been together since.

His curriculum vitae includes two years of training at The Foundation of Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in San Francisco with an emphasis on TMJ, occlusion, and complete reconstruction. Dr. Horiuchi has completed programs in cosmetics and occlusion at such renowned institutions as the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Las Vegas, the Institute for Advanced Contemporary Dentistry in New York, and the Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has also completed two one-year mini-residencies on Advanced Implant Diagnosis and Treatment in Denver.

Dr. Horiuchi takes a gnathologic approach to full mouth reconstructive care. In gnathologic reconstruction, the emphasis is placed on occlusion and TMJ management as part of a more comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

Dr. Nick D'Amico

Nick D'Amico, D.D.S. is committed to providing his patients with the finest dental procedures and care available. He understands the value of having a smile that is beautiful as well as healthy, as he strives to help each patient achieve their ideal smile. With his extensive training and experience, cosmetic dentist Nick D'Amico is able to offer exceptional care to his patients in Denver and Aurora, Colorado.

Dr. D'Amico received his dental degree from Ohio State University in 1977 before going on to complete a two-year residency in the Indian Health Service. He has been in practice for over 25 years, during which time he has focused on helping patients achieve both their cosmetic and restorative dental goals. He understands the importance of proper occlusion and management of TMJ to maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile. To this aim, he practices gnathologic reconstruction in his reconstructive procedures to ensure correct jaw alignment and bite for his patients.

Understanding the value of training, Dr. D'Amico has been committed to the pursuit of advanced education. From 1983 to 1985, he undertook a full mouth rehabilitation mini-residency with the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE), a renowned postgraduate dental program. Since completing his training with FACE, Dr. D'Amico has gone on to teach at the FACE Foundation. He has also taken courses in anterior and posterior esthetics, advanced diagnostics, and treatment planning through Ross Nash Seminars (1998-2002). He also has completed two mini residencies in implant restoration through Nobel Biocare™ in 1997 and 2002.

Dr. D'Amico is a member of the American Dental Association ( ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
